Job Description:
- Leads the financial management team and the implementation of TO financial policies and procedures.
- Works with the PM to define the program’s financial goals and objectives to establish a scalable financial management solution that reflects the workflow and AAS business processes.
- Oversees execution of all financial management and reporting functions required by the TO, including cost analysis, financial forecasting, and financial reports.
- Establishes and maintains cost/schedule baselines, develops WBSs and related dictionaries, schedules, and budgets, analyzes progress reported against the program baseline, identifies risks and opportunities against the baseline, and recommends actions to improve progress to achieve flawless program execution.
- Supports working capital activities such as invoicing support for unbilled cost, accruals, on-hold cost, and cost backup and provides program financial revenue projection and variance support.
- Leads the production of financial deliverables, including MSR and related InSITE financial data updates.
- Oversees the development of ROMs/BOMs for TDPs.

(10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree)
